What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union (EU) law designed to protect the privacy and personal data of individuals. It applies to all organizations that collect, process, or store the personal data of EU residents, regardless of location.
Key Principles of GDPR
GDPR follows seven key principles:
