What is ISO 10002?

ISO 10002(Quality Management System – Customer Satisfaction)

  •  ISO 10002:2014 is a Quality Management System (QMS) standard focused on customer satisfaction and complaint handling.


  • Part of the ISO customer satisfaction standards family, which includes: 
    • ISO 10001 – Guidelines for codes of conduct related to customer satisfaction.
    • ISO 10002 – Guidelines for complaints handling for products and services.
    • ISO 10003 – Guidelines for external dispute resolution with other organizations.
    • ISO 10004 – Guidelines for monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction.
    • ISO 10005 – Guidelines for business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce transactions.
